Aug. '07- Arby's Restaurants

We are now entering the final stages of the first set of remediation plan approvals. The process proved to be long and detailed. Our first steps included working with Arby's hired ADA consultant Fred A. Shotz of ADA Consulting Associates. After Mr. Shotz surveyed several locations for needed remediation, FPC was then able to provided pricing for the remediation's specified to the Arby's team. We eagerly await the opportunity to begin construction and are looking forward to many successful years with Arby's Restaurants.
